Hand harvested just down the road from the winery and immediately pressed to tank. Fermentation occurred naturally in a mix of new and neutral French oak. The ultimate drawcard for Beechworth is the decomposed granite - providing structure and power in Chardonnay without sacrificing balance or freshness.
